Pricing

Final price will depend on the design and detail work agreed upon after the order request is submitted. Rush orders, 2 weeks or less, have a 25% additional fee and can’t be guaranteed to meet design requests (depends on available supplies).

Payment

After your order has been accepted with an agreed design, payment of your invoice is due in full within 48 hours. Payment secures your order on the calendar.

Cancellations

Sometimes life unexpectedly changes plans. Cancellations may be made more than two weeks prior to your scheduled date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before your scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of payment and the remaining 50% will be credited towards a future order. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

If I have to cancel your order you will receive a full reimbursement.

Pick-up

Orders not picked up by the agreed upon time will be forfeited and donated or resold.

Refunds

All sales are final. After items are picked up, Simply Sweet Spokane is no longer responsible for the order. Follow the instructions on your care card to safely transport and store your baked goods.

If there is a problem with your order, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order to be considered for a refund.
