Hi there! My name is Amy and I am the owner and baker of Simply Sweet Spokane. What started as a hobby in 2015 quickly became a passion. I played around with sweets for several years before deciding to finally launch this business in April 2022. I can’t wait to bake something special just for you!

Loved the order I placed and so did the recipients! I was in a pickle with 3 gifts to get in one weekend. One for a marriage celebration, one for a birthday and another a medical school entrance ceremony. Instead of rushing around the store trying to find the perfect gift for each, I decided to place a Simply Sweet Spokane cookie order! I had a lovely experience working with Amy - she was prompt and great at offering suggestions and being flexible. The marriage celebration cookies were a bit non-traditional and she was up for being creative. All three of my orders turned out great and the cookies tasted delicious. I have had cookies and cupcakes from Simply Sweet many times and they have always been both delicious and beautiful! I’m not sure how she gets the cookies so good. I have even had leftovers a week later and they were still good! And watching the videos on instagram of the decorating is really fun too!
I don't usually like decorated sugar cookies but Amy's cookies are the exception!! Buttery and soft and her icing is not crunchy, but soft and a delicious slightly coconut flavor. Her cookies are neat and clean, and her attention to detail is spot on. She's the sweetest and always pleasant and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend!
